Victoria is an award-winning journalist with a wealth of experience in equine media, having previously worked as a section editor at Horse & Hound before becoming deputy editor of Horse magazine. Since going freelance in 2010, she has written for many of the country’s leading rural and equestrian publications. She has a thorough understanding of the equine industry, especially the Olympic disciplines, racing and showing. Victoria has reported from the World Equestrian Games, the Paralympic Games, several European Championships, Horse of the Year Show, Olympia, Badminton and other major events.
Alongside her work as an equestrian journalist and press officer, Victoria has been lucky enough to be involved with television production and presenting through her work with Horse & Country TV. A highlight of her career was planning, producing and scripting the hit documentary series 'Carl and Charlotte: Dressage Superstars', which involved spending nearly two weeks with Carl Hester and Charlotte Dujardin in the run up to the London 2012 Olympics. She also came up with the concept and devised the first series of the innovative TV show ‘Blue Chip All Star Academy’.
